Segerina este o aplicatie mobila gratuita, dezvoltata independent in Romania, pentru gestionarea bonurilor de reciclare si pentru verificarea starii aparatelor de returnare. Aplicatia nu afiseaza reclame.
Codurile de bare scanate, magazinul, valoarea si data de expirare sunt salvate exclusiv in memoria locala a aplicatiei. Ele nu parasesc telefonul. Daca dezinstalezi aplicatia sau ii stergi datele, acestea se pierd definitiv.
La prima pornire, aplicatia genereaza un cod aleatoriu (ex. u_a1b2c3...). Acesta nu contine si nu poate fi legat de identitatea ta reala. Il folosim pentru statistici anonime de utilizare, pentru limitarea abuzurilor la raportarea aparatelor si pentru a-ti putea sterge rapoartele la cerere.
Evenimente simple (ex. „aplicatie deschisa", „voucher salvat", magazinul selectat) sunt trimise, impreuna cu identificatorul pseudonim, catre un serviciu de colectare operat prin Google (Apps Script/Sheets). Nu colectam continutul voucherelor, numele tau sau adrese.
Daca permiti accesul la locatie, coordonatele tale sunt folosite pentru:
Accesul la locatie este optional si poate fi retras oricand din setarile telefonului. Fara el, harta afiseaza o zona implicita si nu poti adauga aparate noi.
Cand raportezi starea unui aparat (functional / defect / plin) sau adaugi un aparat nou, stocam: starea raportata sau numele aparatului, coordonatele aparatului, momentul raportului si identificatorul tau pseudonim. Starea agregata (ex. „Defect — raportat acum 2h de 3 utilizatori") este vizibila public in aplicatie; identificatorul tau nu este niciodata afisat altor utilizatori. Rapoartele sunt pastrate pe termen nelimitat pentru istoricul de functionare al aparatelor.
Notificarile despre expirarea voucherelor sunt programate local, pe telefon. Nu implica niciun server.
Daca trimiti feedback prin formularul din aplicatie, mesajul (si adresa de email, daca alegi sa o incluzi) este procesat prin Formspree pentru a ajunge la dezvoltator.
Ca orice aplicatie care afiseaza continut din internet, urmatoarele servicii primesc adresa ta IP atunci cand aplicatia le solicita continut: CARTO / OpenStreetMap (imaginile hartii), cdnjs / Cloudflare (biblioteca open-source de afisare a hartii) si Google Fonts (fonturile aplicatiei). Aceste servicii nu primesc voucherele, rapoartele sau identificatorul tau. Datele despre locatiile aparatelor provin din OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, licenta ODbL).
Prelucram datele descrise mai sus in temeiul interesului legitim (art. 6 alin. 1 lit. f GDPR) de a furniza si imbunatati aplicatia, respectiv al consimtamantului tau (art. 6 alin. 1 lit. a) pentru accesul la locatie.
Ai dreptul de acces, rectificare, stergere, restrictionare si opozitie conform GDPR. Pentru ca nu iti cunoastem identitatea, la o cerere de stergere iti vom cere identificatorul pseudonim pentru a-ti gasi rapoartele. Contact: feedback@segerina.ro. Aplicatia nu se adreseaza copiilor sub 13 ani si nu colecteaza cu buna stiinta date despre acestia.
Vom actualiza aceasta politica atunci cand aplicatia se schimba. Versiunea curenta este intotdeauna disponibila la aceasta adresa.

Segerina is a free mobile app, independently developed in Romania, for managing recycling deposit vouchers and checking the status of return machines. The app shows no ads.
Scanned barcodes, the shop, the value and the expiry date are saved exclusively in the app's local storage. They never leave your phone. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, they are permanently lost.
On first launch, the app generates a random code (e.g. u_a1b2c3...). It contains nothing that could identify you and cannot be linked to your real identity. We use it for anonymous usage statistics, for abuse prevention in machine reporting, and to be able to delete your reports on request.
Simple events (e.g. „app opened", „voucher saved", selected shop) are sent, together with the pseudonymous identifier, to a collection endpoint operated through Google (Apps Script/Sheets). We do not collect the contents of your vouchers, your name, or any addresses.
If you grant location access, your coordinates are used to:
Location access is optional and can be revoked at any time in your phone's settings. Without it, the map shows a default area and you cannot add new machines.
When you report a machine's status (working / broken / full) or add a new machine, we store: the reported status or the machine's name, the machine's coordinates, the time of the report, and your pseudonymous identifier. The aggregated status (e.g. „Broken — reported 2h ago by 3 users") is publicly visible in the app; your identifier is never shown to other users. Reports are retained indefinitely as the machines' reliability history.
Voucher expiry notifications are scheduled locally, on your device. No server is involved.
If you send feedback through the in-app form, the message (and your email address, if you choose to include it) is processed via Formspree in order to reach the developer.
Like any app that displays online content, the following services receive your IP address when the app requests content from them: CARTO / OpenStreetMap (map imagery), cdnjs / Cloudflare (the open-source map library) and Google Fonts (the app's fonts). These services do not receive your vouchers, your reports, or your identifier. Machine location data comes from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL license).
We process the data described above on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing and improving the app, and of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for location access.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection under the GDPR. Because we do not know your identity, for an erasure request we will ask for your pseudonymous identifier in order to locate your reports. Contact: feedback@segerina.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data about them.
We will update this policy whenever the app changes. The current version is always available at this address.
